Sales Supervisor
Ideal candidates must have retail sales experience preferably in the capacity as a Key Holder or support supervisor, outstanding customer service skills, proven Selling and Clientelling skills, and are looking to become a part of our expanding team.
The Sales Supervisor will liaise with the management team and act as a "leader on the floor" while helping to promote all aspects of the business and working to ensure a high level of customer service guaranteeing customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.
- Open and close the store following proper POS, Visual and Loss Prevention standards and procedures in accordance with the Store's opening and closing checklist
- Exceed monthly sales volume and business objectives by identifying innovative business driving opportunities
- Exemplify excellence in customer service
- Consistently build and develop a proactive clientele business
- Supervise sales associates in the absence of store management ensuring the completion of store tasks and a focus on sales performance
- Ensure that registers are properly opened and closed
- Handle all customer issues ensuring a resolution where applicable, as well as partnering with Store Management team and/or Senior Management and Regional when applicable for approval and authorization
- Develop proficiency in utilizing the POS when executing and processing all sales transactions, returns, store credit, gift cards, etc.
- Maintain proper knowledge of all company policy and procedures and ensure compliance with all policy and procedures
- Audit store visual merchandising standards inclusive of the facade, windows, and lighting to ensure the store is ready for opening and closing
- Stay up to date on all store operational systems
- Strong communication skills
Your profile:
- BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong customer service and communication
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products
