Portia-Ella is seeking health conscious Skin Care Specialists. Do you know what it takes to grow your community and engage with them? Our Skin Care Specialists implement strategies and tactics that grow their customer base, engage and retain them, convert them into passionate customers, and active them as influencers and promoters of you and the Portia-Ella brand.
The Customer experience is at our core
As a Holistic Beauty Ambassador (HBA) you serve as the face of the Portia-Ella brand. Through this customer experience, you have the opportunity to be an ambassador for CLEAN and ETHICAL Canadian made beauty. You build the in-store experience that we promote through all our marketing efforts.
Develop customer relationships. Communicate effectively with customers in-store and remotely (via phone and email) to determine the best ethical and healthy alternative beauty products from mainstream brands.
You are educated on all things Portia-Ella; products and services, the ethical beauty industry, have industry health and wellness knowledge. You are an ethical and clean beauty expert, positioned perfectly to help guide existing and new customers through their beauty journey.
A Portia-Ella mandate is to be an expert and share your knowledge with clients and teammates
Inspiring clients to upgrade their skincare and makeup routine to an ethical one
Contributing to the overall team goals and efforts through the accomplishment of sales and brand building
Ensuring all store operations are completed effectively and efficiently
Maintain a visually beautiful, clean and well-stocked store
Represent the Portia-Ella brand and yourself with pride
A wide range of Skin knowledge (rosacea, acne, age spots, sensitivities, redness, etc.)
Operations & Merchandising:
You make it as easy as possible for your customers to find what they need when they need it. To do this efficiently
We need you to keep a productive store and maximize your customer experience.
Actively participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: Stock maintenance (restock shelves; help create new product purchase orders, and monitor stock for easy product replenishment).
Organize and keep the store clean, take care of the plants (they need love too).
Accurately count and balance cash and inventory
Brand & Mission Messaging:
Portia-Ella works hard to bring new customers to our doors and online, and this involves hearing from our HBA's about what customers are asking for and need from us. We're a start-up! In other words, we're a small team and we often work collaboratively across different teams and departments, giving you the opportunity to make a bigger impact on the business.
