Let go of winter and old habits, and set your healthy intentions for summer with our Spring Fitness Series. Join us every Sunday in May at 10 AM for an hour-long class.

Class sizes are limited. Please contact the Lolë team at (204) 505-3665 to reserve your spot. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and towel! Lolë will provide mats for everyone.
