ONE NIGHT ONLY – A Villainous Halloween Family Event at the OCW – Presented by BMO Seasons Branch

On Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, from 4pm – 7pm, Outlet Collection Winnipeg is celebrating Halloween the right way – indoors with FREE ADMISSION.  Come in costume, bring the whole family, take pictures with Maleficent and a collection of other villains & heroes, get your face-painted, grab some treats & sit still at out our painless tattoo station!
