WHAT YOU’LL DO…….

1. Greet and assist customers with their wardrobe purchases while building client relationships and demonstrating your extensive product knowledge and fashion savvy.

2. Provide exceptional customer experience to complete the sale and leave your customer feeling cared for and confident about their purchase.

3. 4. Maintain a safe and clean shopping and working environment both on the sales floor and in the back room by receiving and organizing merchandise and fixtures and assisting with daily store housekeeping

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience, ideally in a luxury or boutique environment.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build genuine

relationships.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, including Black Friday and

Boxing Day as required.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

• Motivation to achieve sales goals in a performance-driven environment.

• Physically capable of lifting to 10 kg / 20 lbs and standing for extended periods.
