SEA BEARS SEASON TICKETS SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY (The “Contest”)

RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. CONTEST IS VOID IN WHOLE OR PART
WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SEE ELIGIBILITY SECTION BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS. TO
COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES. ALL DOLLAR AMOUNTS ARE IN CANADIAN FUNDS
($CDN) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18+ TO ENTER. ENTRIES
ARE ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF WINNIPEG, MANITOBA.

THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, OR INSTAGRAM.

(1) SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by Outlet Collection Winnipeg, 555 Sterling Lyon Parkway, Winnipeg,
Manitoba, R3P 2T3.

(2) CONTEST PARTIES

Contest Parties include “Sponsor” subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, parent companies and
advertising/promotional agencies. They include but are not limited to Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc.,
Ivanhoe Cambridge II Inc., and Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services, Inc.

(3) CONTEST PERIOD (the “Contest Period”):

The contest begins Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 am (CDT) and ends Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:59
pm (CDT) (the “Contest Closing Date”).

(4) HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. Refer to promotional posts online on how to enter to win. Only one (1)
entry per giveaway post or ad per person will be eligible. Depending on the Contest Period,
winner(s) will enter or be eligible to win in the following ways:

(A) Online (social): Log onto Facebook and/or Instagram and visit the Sponsor’s Facebook Page
(www.facebook.com/ ocwinnipeg) or Instagram Account (www.instagram.com/ ocwinnipeg) or and
follow the instructions per the promotional posts or follow the instructions per the Facebook or
Instagram ads if you are targeted with it in your Facebook News Feed or Instagram Feed which
complies with the terms of these Official Contest Rules. If there is a dispute regarding the identity
of a Facebook/Instagram user Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Facebook/Instagram
account at the time of Entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address that is
associated with the Facebook/Instagram account) will be deemed the Entrant;

(B) “Entry” shall mean and refer to each online form entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,
late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, undelivered, or misdirected Entry information. Upon
submission, all Entries (subject to your rights in the Personal Data (defined below) shall become
the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

CONTEST ENTRIES ARE MONITORED AND IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS FROM ONE
PARTICIPANT IN A SINGLE DAY THOSE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND STAND THE RISK OF BEING DISQUALIFIED.

All submitted entries information exclusively becomes the property of the Sponsor and Contest
Parties. The Sponsor and Contest Parties shall have the perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide and
fully-transferable right (but not obligation) to use, modify, display, reproduce, make derivative works
of for promotional purposes in any manner or media whether now or hereafter existing and/or to
otherwise use or commercially exploit any entry (or any part thereof) or information or ideas
contained within any entry, all without further payment, consideration, attribution, notice or
consent. Entries generated by a computer program, robotic or other automated means will be
disqualified.

Sponsor will not be liable for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost or late or
otherwise not in compliance with these Rules of the Contest. These entries may be disqualified
from the Contest at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(5) THE PRIZES:

There are 2 prizes (“Prizes”) available to be won:

• 1 x pair of 2026 Sea Bears Season Tickets (valued at $910)
• 1 x pair of 2026 Sea Bears Season Tickets (valued at $910)

The following conditions apply:

All prizes must be claimed and/or contest release forms signed in person by the selected winner at
Guest Services inside Outlet Collection Winnipeg shopping centre by Friday, June 5, 2026, at
5:00 pm (CDT).

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent. Substitutions of equal value
may be made at discretion of contest organizers.

If for any reason, the winner is unable to accept the prize as awarded, the winner forfeits his/her
right to the prize without compensation.

All entrants confirm their compliance with these official contest rules by submitting their entry.

(6) WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One winner will be randomly selected on this date:

• Wednesday, May 28, 2026

The Winner will be notified via DM & comment and will be given instructions on how to claim the
prize.

(7) PRIZE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS

One (1) attempt will be made to contact a Winner within a three (3) day period. If a Winner fails to
respond within the three (3) day period, or if the selected Winner cannot accept or receive the prize
for any reason, or s/he is not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules, the prize will be
forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. Each Winner has thirty
(30) days after acceptance to take delivery of their prize.

Before being declared a confirmed Prize winner, the Potential Winner must sign Sponsor’s release
and acknowledgment form to receive the Prize, which, among other things, (i) confirms compliance
with these Rules, (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded, (iii) releases (a) Sponsor
and its affiliates and subsidiaries, (b) the prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and all
other entities and persons involved in the development, production, implementation,
administration, judging, and/or fulfillment of the Contest, and (c) each of the respective officers,
directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of the persons identified in
items (a) and (b) (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with the
Contest and the Prize, and (iv) confirms agreement to the publication, reproduction, and/or other
use of his or her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest, and/or photograph or other
likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or
on behalf of Sponsor in any manner, including, but not limited to, print, broadcast, and/or the
Internet (including, but not limited to, social media).

If a Potential Winner: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents as outlined herein
within a time sufficient to allow for the proper administration of the Contest and awarding of the
Prize, (b) cannot accept, or is unwilling to accept, the Prize as awarded for any reason, and/or (c) is
determined to be in violation of these Rules, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, he
or she may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified (and if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to
the Prize), and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an
alternate Potential Winner in accordance with the procedures outlined in these Rules, in which
case the foregoing provisions of this section will apply to such newly selected Potential Winner.
By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and the decisions of Outlet
Collection Winnipeg, which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating the contest.

(8) ELIGIBILTY:

Employees and their immediate families of Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., Ivanhoe Cambridge II Inc.,
Jones Lang Lasalle Real Estate Services Inc., or its affiliates, Outlet Collection Winnipeg tenants
and their employees, advertising agency and consultants, and other sponsors, and suppliers and
their employees are not eligible to enter and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and
children) of each of the above.

YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF (18+) TO ENTER. ENTRIES ARE ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF
WINNIPEG, MANITOBA.

(9) GENERAL RULES:

The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and
municipal laws and regulations. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to
herein, including (without limitation) taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., Ivanhoe
Cambride II Inc., Jones Lang Lasalle Real Estate Services Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
agents, directors, officers and employees, Outlet Collection Winnipeg (collectively the “Released
Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described)
with respect to or arising out of: (i) entrant’s participation in the contest, (ii) the receipt or use of the
prize awarded therein, or (iii) the administration of the Contest and the distribution of the prize
awarded therein.

Prize must be claimed in person and winners are responsible for their own transportation to and
from Outlet Collection Winnipeg. Before being awarded a prize, the Outlet Collection Winnipeg
winner selection panel must verify the winner ensuring their photo identification matches the
information provided during the online registration process. Upon approval, the selected entrants
must sign Outlet Collection Winnipeg’s standard form of Declaration, Release and Waiver,
releasing the Released Parties from any liability arising from, among other things: (i) participation in
the Contest, (ii) acceptance of the prize awarded therein, or (iii) the administration of the Contest
and the distribution of the prize awarded therein.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. No telephone
contact or correspondence will be conducted except with a selected entrant. Outlet Collection
Winnipeg reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and/or terminate, modify or
withdraw this contest, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice for any reason including
but not limited to, viruses, bugs, tampering or other causes beyond Outlet Collection Winnipeg’s
control which affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event
a substitute prize is awarded such prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged
for cash or otherwise.

Subject to the right of Outlet Collection Winnipeg to make all determinations relating to the
contest, any controversy or dispute arising out of the conduct of this Contest shall be resolved in
the courts of the province of Manitoba applying the law of Manitoba and Canada, as the case may
require which exclusive jurisdiction and law entrants agree to submit as evidenced by their
participation in the Contest.

All entries must be acquired in an ethical fair manner (unethical may refer but is not limited to: bots,
spamming, fake or multiple email accounts). Any attempt to subvert the process will lead to
automatic disqualification.

(10) USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION:

By submitting the contest entry, all entrants consent and acknowledge that Outlet Collection
Winnipeg shall have the right to use any, and all information relating to Contest, including
information on entrants obtained through the Contest, for purposes of running the Contest and,
where expressly consented to, for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. Entrants’
information shall not be provided to any third party unless the entrant grants its consent to Outlet
Collection Winnipeg. For more information on how we use information, please refer to our privacy

(11) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether
caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions
in the Contest. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, tampering,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft
or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Released Parties are not
responsible for any problems, viruses or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, server providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or
players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or
combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer
related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the contest.
