OUTLET COLLECTION WINNIPEG SEABEARS GAME TICKETS (the “Contest”)

RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. CONTEST IS VOID IN WHOLE OR PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SEE ELIGIBILITY SECTION BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS. TO COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (“RULES”). ALL DOLLAR AMOUNTS ARE IN CANADIAN FUNDS ($CDN) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18+ TO ENTER. ENTRIES ARE ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF MANITOBA.

(1) SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by Ivanhoe Cambridge II Inc. (doing business as Outlet Collection) 555 Sterling Lyon Parkway, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3P 2T3 (the “Sponsor”).

 

(2) CONTEST PARTIES

Contest Parties include the Sponsor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, parent companies and advertising/promotional agencies. They include, but are not limited to, Ivanhoe Cambridge II Inc., Harvard Developments Inc. and Forster Investments Inc.

 

(3) CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins Monday, June 1st, 2026, at 10:00 am (CST) and ends Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 9:00 pm (CST) (the “Contest Period”).

 

(4) HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary.

Participants may enter by 1 of 2 methods during the Contest Period:

 

  1. Complete a purchase of at least $200 in Outlet Collection Winnipeg gift cards in person from the Outlet Collection Winnipeg Guest Services desk during the Contest Period;

 

  1. Mail or drop off a letter requesting an entry to the Outlet Collection Winnipeg Administration Office at the following address, which is received at such address during the Contest Period, containing their name, email and mailing address:

CONTEST ENTRIES ARE MONITORED AND IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS FROM ONE PARTICIPANT IN A SINGLE DAY THOSE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND STAND THE RISK OF BEING DISQUALIFIED.

All submitted entries becomes the property of the Sponsor and Contest Parties. The Sponsor and Contest Parties shall have the perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide and fully-transferable right (but not obligation) to use, modify, display, reproduce, make derivative works of for promotional purposes in any manner or media whether now or hereafter existing and/or to otherwise use or commercially exploit any entry (or any part thereof) or information or ideas contained within any entry, all without further payment, consideration, attribution, notice or consent. Entries generated by a computer program, robotic or other automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be liable for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost or late or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules. These entries may be disqualified from the Contest at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

(5) THE PRIZE:

There are 25 (“Prizes”) available to be won:

  • Twenty-five (25) pairs of Sea Bear game day tickets for Sunday, July 12th (tickets are valued at $56/seat).

 

The following conditions apply:

  • All prizes must be claimed and Contest release and acknowledgement forms signed by Monday, June 22nd, 2026, at 9:00 pm (CST).
  • The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable nor redeemable for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent. Substitutions of Prizes of equal or greater value may be made at discretion of the Sponsor. In the event a substitute Prize is awarded such Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
  • If for any reason, the potential winner is unable to accept the prize as awarded, their forfeit their right to the prize without compensation.
  • All participants confirm their compliance with these Rules by submitting their entry.
  • All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to in the prize descriptions outlined above, including (without limitation) taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
  • Prizes must be claimed in person, and winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Outlet Collection Winnipeg shopping center for the purposes of claiming their Prize.

 

(6) WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Potential winners will randomly selected on Wednesday, June 10th. All mail-in entries and online entries will be treated equally and judged or awarded on equal terms with an equal chance of winning regardless of method of entry.

 

(7) PRIZE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Potential winners will be notified via email provided at the time of entry. Sponsor will contact the potential winners once.

 

In the event the Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, such potential winner may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, hold a random draw to select another eligible participant from among the remaining eligible entries, in which event the provisions of this section will apply to such newly selected participant.

 

Before being declared a confirmed Prize winner, each potential winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor, as well as complete, sign and return to the Sponsor a release and acknowledgment form to receive their Prize, which, among other things: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases (a) Sponsor and its affiliates and subsidiaries, (b) the prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and all other entities and persons involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, and/or fulfillment of the Contest, and (c) each of the respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of the persons identified in items (a) and (b) (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability arising in connection with their participation in the Contest and any Contest-related activity, and/or the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize; and (iv) confirms agreement to the publication, reproduction, and/or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Contest, and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor worldwide, in any manner, including, but not limited to, print, broadcast, and/or the Internet (including, but not limited to, social media).

 

If a potential winner: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents, as outlined herein, by the date indicated by the Sponsor, (b) cannot accept, or is unwilling to accept, the Prize as awarded for any reason, (c) fails to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor, and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, they may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified (and if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize), and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate potential winner in accordance with the procedures outlined in these Rules, in which case the foregoing provisions of this section will apply to such newly selected potential winner.

 

Before being awarded a Prize, the Sponsor must verify the identity of the winner ensuring their photo identification matches the information provided during the online registration process.

 

 

(8) ELIGIBILTY
The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., Ivanhoe Cambridge II Inc., Jones Lang Lasalle Real Estate Services Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates, tenants of the Outlet Collection Winnipeg shopping center, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and consultants, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.

YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN (16+) AND A RESIDENT OF MANITOBA, CANADA TO ENTER.

 

(9) GENERAL RULES
The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating the Contest.

No telephone contact or correspondence will be conducted except with a selected participant. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, viruses, bugs, tampering or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control which affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest.

Subject to the right of the Sponsor to make all determinations relating to the Contest, any controversy or dispute arising out of the conduct of this Contest shall be resolved in the courts of the province of Manitoba applying the law of Manitoba and Canada, as the case may require which exclusive jurisdiction and law participants agree to submit as evidenced by their participation in the Contest.

All entries must be acquired in an ethical fair manner. “Unethical” may refer but is not limited to: bots, spamming, fake or multiple email accounts. Any attempt to subvert the process will lead to automatic disqualification.

 

(10) USE OF CONTEST/PERSONAL INFORMATION
By submitting an entry, all participants consent and acknowledge that the Sponsor shall have the right to use and disclose any and all information collected in relation to the Contest, including, without limitation, personal information concerning participants obtained through the Contest, for purposes of administering the Contest and awarding Prizes, and, where expressly consented to, for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. (11) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release, defend and hold harmless Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., Ivanhoe Cambride II Inc., Jones Lang Lasalle Real Estate Services Inc., and their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages, injuries or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of: (i) participant’s participation in the Contest and Contest-related activities, (ii) the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the Prize awarded therein, or (iii) the administration of the Contest and the distribution of the Prize awarded therein.

 

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for: (a) entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost or late or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programing associated with or utilized in the Contest, (c) any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest, (d) any error, omission, tampering, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of entries, (e) any problems, viruses or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, server providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or devices on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Contest.
